"Cool place. It's got that log cabinny vibe. Great service, great food! I got the cheeseburger & fries, cream of potato soup & a pork BBQ sandwich. Yeah, I was hungry! Everything was very good. If I had to say one small issue, it would of wished the frues were just a little hotter. Minor issue, not enough to bump it down from a 5. My wife had the chuck wagon special with onion rings. She said it was very good! I didn't get a picture of her plate, because she tore into it before I had a chance. I took a picture of my food, except for the BBQ sandwich, which I ate immediately. The wait staff was very friendly and the food came out quickly. Great overall experience! The prices were very reasonable, you won't be disappointed. Give it a try."

"Not only are they very reasonably priced, the food was also great. Good home made sauce for the pulled BBQ, good beans, and an amazing sweet potato according to my wife. It's a nice little cozy spot, the booths could've been a bit more comfy. But a great spot in Albemarle if you're looking for some BBQ."

"Let me just start off by saying Susan the waitress, she's amazing 10/10. She was helpful and very knowledgeable about menu base on what we like. The food was amazing and the atmosphere feels like a true country restaurant. It was very clean establishment. It was our first time being here and we will definitely come back for seconds."

"Wanted a "home cooked" meal and ordered the hamburger steak special with sweet potato and slaw. Gravy would have added more flavor to the steak but overall it wasn't bad. Sweet tea was perfect. $13 total I would eat here again"

"So this use to be one of our favorite places to eat because you could get in and out, but the good ole days are long gone and in its place are servers who should retire and a computer system that has made things way to complicated. From ordering to checking out. It took out family of 6 adults and 2 small children over 35 minutes standing at the register to check out because they couldn't figure out how to split up the ticket or which drink went with which order, we tried to help them but they just kept saying it's their system and it won't let them do it. My brother in law finally got his bill paid after 10-15 min and then they just couldn't ring us up. Kept blaming it on the computer. Finally my husband said how about you tell me the total of all of it and subtract what my brother in law paid and I will pay it all. It took them another 10 minutes to do that! The problem started with the older server (nothing against elderly) just saying she had a time just using the handheld device to place our order and to top it off she got our orders wrong and then every time she brought things to the table, drinks included she sat them right in front of my 1 year old granddaughter! When she brought the second plate of hot food holding it right over her head and then sat it in front of her. I said please don't put hot food in front of her and lo and behold she came with another plate right over her head and sat it down in her reach! I can't imagine how people eat here on their lunch breaks with how long it took! We were there over an hour and a half and half that time was trying to check out!!! HERE IS A PSA GO BACK TO PAPER TICKETS AND A REGULAR CASH REGISTER! If it ain't broke don't fix it!!"

"Today was our second time coming to Log Cabin BarBQue, and definitely not our last. Back in April we stopped through while camping in Uwharrie Natl Forest and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal then- which convinced us to come back and make sure it wasn't a fluke! Walked in, sat ourselves, and despite the parking lot and dining room being packed to the gills, we were waited on and had food and drink within 10 minutes. The barbecue was tender, juicy, and flavorful- the sides just as pleasing. I'd come back and order just their hush puppies in a heartbeat! The sauces they provide on the table are just perfect- vinegar bbq sauce and ketchup is all you need, the rest of the flavor is in the food itself. You seriously cannot beat the prices, I had to double take when we cashed out that it was correct. The fact that my partner and I both left with full bellies and happy attitudes for less than $30 was astounding. Truly cannot beat the prices, nor the quality of service. Every time we come back to camp, we'll be more than sure to stop in and cool our heels a minute."

"What a gem this little barbecue diner is! The food was wonderful, prices were fair and the people were a treasure. Our server was an amazing person and we wished that we lived closer."
